Bright Linen Cloth is gathered by tailors and used in most tailoring recipes, making it a very high demand item. In addition, specialized tailors can also farm Sunfire Silk and Arcanoweave, which are needed for higher end Tailoring recipes.
In this guide we’ll go over some great spots for farming all varieties of Midnight cloth. Both if you are farming in a group or if you are farming on your own.
Cloth Farming Knowledge Build
Farming cloth in Midnight can be improved substantially by specializing. You can both increase the amount of cloth which you receive, as well as unlock the ability to loot Sunfire Silk and Arcanoweave.
Recommended Knowledge Points for Cloth Farming
Unlock the Nimble Needlework tree and place 20 points to open both subspecializations: Sunfire Silk Weaving and Arcanoweaving. You will also learn the recipes for both types of bolts.
Then unlock the Fabric Specialist specialization and place 30 points in the main wheel to increase the chances to get cloth drops, with the final node increasing your chance at high quality cloth.
To place the above knowledge points you have to, at minimum, first get to level 50 Midnight Tailoring.
Group Cloth Farms
Group cloth farms can be found in the group finder, usually indicated with “cloth farm”. There seems to be one main spot where players are currently farming cloth. This is in Zul’Aman, in the Broken Throne area south west, where there are a lot of Twilight Blade Cultists .
You can consistently do a circle killing the mobs here. On average we were getting around 200-300 Bright Linen and about 100 of the other two cloth every 30 mins.

Solo Cloth Farms
It is more efficient to farm cloth in groups rather than solo. However, sometimes you just want to be alone, and for those moments we suggest delves as one of the best locations to farm, since they are fairly easy to complete solo on tier 1, and the loot does not seem to change with tier difficulty.
The Grudge Pit Delve
The Grudge Pit delve in Harandar is the smallest delve ever created.

/way Harrandar 70.30 67.14
It has a large amount of Humanoids making it great to farm cloth. We recommend just killing and looting everything in the arena, then skipping the rest of the story and instead just right-clicking on your character portrait to leave delve. Then re-enter and do it again.
You will get about 10-15 cloth per clear. If you can’t kill everything in the arena in one pull, it is significantly less efficient, and you should consider joining a group farm.
Shadowguard Point Delve
Shadowguard Point is probably the best solo location to farm cloth in Midnight. This delve is extremely open and has a large amount of humanoids.

/way Voidstorm 37.38 47.74
We recommend setting Valeera to healer, then starting the delve and mounting up. Run all the way until the boss platform, trying to aggro as many mobs as possible, then hide around the corner to group up the casters and AoE them down. This is best done as a tank specialization, but we have also tried it on a Warlock with great success. Once everything is dead, loot, leave and reset.

This pull is MUCH more difficult than in the Grudge Pit, but also has a bigger yield. You’ll get around 30 cloth each time.
Cloth farming can be a very relaxing experience; put on music or a movie, and just grind mobs. We hope this guide helped you with some new farm locations. If you are looking for more information on Midnight Professions check out Midnight Profession Guides Hub.
