Patch 1.1.15.0 changed the Landsraad to allow players to complete Landsraad Tasks and obtain personal Landsraad rewards, even if the house has already been claimed by a faction.
This change means that all players can now farm whichever rewards they want each week. The tasks can be quite difficult, but you'll now have plenty of time to complete them.
Once you complete a Landsraad task, you will need to visit the House Representative to collect your reward. This guide lists the location of all House Representatives in Dune Awakening.

House Alexin Representative
Graem Candis, the representative for House Alexin, can be found in Harko Village. He is in the 'council chamber' just before the counter where you pay your tax.
House Argosaz Representative
Havadisa Argosaz, the representative for House Argosaz, can be found just outside the Griffin's Reach Tradepost in Hagga Basin South.
House Dyvetz Representative
Lady Thusnelda, the representative for House Dyvetz, can be found just northwest of Riftwatch in Hagga Rift. She is off to the side in a Harkonnen checkpoint.
House Ecaz Representative
Dren Silar, the representative for House Ecaz, can be found in a little cave in southern Hagga Hift. He's on ground level and nestled into a small nook in one of the spires.
House Hagal Representative
Theo Skordi, the representative for House Hagal, can be found nestled into the rocks beside the cliff edge in Eastern Shield Wall.
House Hurata Representative
Desmond Mercer, the representative for House Hurata, can be found in a cave halfway up a cliff at the east of the Eastern Vermillius Gap.
House Imota Representative
Captain Ishago Imota, the representative for House Imota, can also be found in a small cave about halfway up a cliff just over the border into Jabal Eifrit Al-sharq.
House Kenola Representative
Mara Bleak, the representative for House Kenola, can be found just behind the Mass Kharet stronghold in Mysa Tarill. She is in a cave at the top of a rocky spire.
House Lindaren Representative
Juno Ezura, the representative for House Lindaren, can be found right at the top of Hagga Basin, just south of The View in the Western Shield Wall. She's nestled into a cave within the cliff.
House Maros Representative
Marwan Coel, the representative for House Maros, can be found in the Deep Desert. He's located in tile B8, at the northeastern base of the massive mountain that sits right at the corner of A8 and B8. You'll find him by flying around the mountain and looking down for a campfire.
House Mikarrol Representative
Dax Reyder, the representative for House Mikarrol, can be found nestled into the cliffs just southwest of The Slant in Jabal Eifrit Al-Janub.
House Moritani Representative
Lupino Ord, the representative for House Moritani, can be found just north-east of Riftwatch on the balcony of a Harkonnen building.
House Mutelli Representative
Amarigo Mutelli, the representative of House Mutelli, can be found in Arrakeen. Head up the stairs once you enter the main hall and then hang a right, he's on the upper walkway back near the entrance.
House Novebruns Representative
Zephyrine Tuma, the representative for House Novebruns, can be found in a small cave near the top of a cliff in Western Vermillius Gap, just southeast of the Wreck of the Pallas.
House Richese Representative
Asher Vandor, the representative for House Richese, can be found in Helius Gate in the Eastern Shield Wall, at the back behind the contract board.
House Sor Representative
Zillah, the representative for House Sor, can be found within the Pinnacle Station Tradepost in Jabal Eifrit Al-gharb.
House Spinette Representative
Daryna Danylo, the representative for House Spinette, can be found in Harko Village. Head to the main chamber where you pay your taxes and at the end of the room take the stairs on the right. Follow the path around the upper walkway until you find her overlooking the central grounds.
House Taligari Representative
Barnabas Brightmorn, the representative for House Taligari, can be found within the Crossroads Tradepost in Mysa Tarill.
House Thorvald Representative
Theodoric Ein, the representative for House Thorvald, can be found in Hagga Rift, beside the Wreck of the Kytheria. He's right at the bottom of the chasm/rift in a small cave.
House Tseida Representative
Amadi Ikeni, the representative for House Tseida, can be found inside the Anvil Tradepost in Eastern Vermillius Gap.
House Varota Representative
Heldabor Deseo, the representative for House Varota, can be found in Arrakeen. She is in the large 'council chamber', just before the counter where you pay your taxes.
House Vernius Representative
Chayson Vernius, the representative for House Vernius, can be found just off to the side of Helius Gate in the Eastern Shield Wall.
House Wallach Representative
Vera Vogel, the representative for House Wallach, can be found in Arrakeen. She is right at the opposite end of Arrakeen, past the ornithopters on the landing site, in a building on the left.
House Wayku Representative
Luciana, the representative for House Wayku, can be found in the Deep Desert. There is a huge mountain on the northeast corner of A2. She is at the just across from the base of the mountain, on the eastern side.
House Wydras Representative
Pennethorne Larkspur, the representative for House Wydras, can be found in one of the rocky outcroppings in northern Sheol, just north of the Edge of Acheron enemy base.
