I've signed up for Premium, but don't see my Premium features?
Premium can take a few minutes to arrive depending on how long it takes the payment to process. You will recieve a confirmation email once it has gone through. If it is still not active after a while, reach out to us at [email protected].
How do I access my Discord Premium perks?
To access your Discord Premium perks, you must connect Discord to your Method Account in the social media section of your Account Settings and join the Method Discord. Once you are an active Premium user, your role should be assigned within a couple of minutes.
Do I need a Method Account to sign up to Premium?
Yes. You can create an account easily by registering here.
How do I update my billing information or cancel my service?
You can update your billing information or cancel your Premium, by visiting your Account Settings. When you cancel your Premium Subscription, you will retain your benefits for the remainder of your subscription period, but you will not be billed on the next renewal date.
Will my Premium subscription auto-renew?
Yes, your Method Premium subscription will auto-renew each month.
What's the Refund Policy?
You can cancel within 14 days for a refund (we'll only deduct the days you’ve already used), and you can stop further monthly renewals at any time after that.
