With Midnight WoW Patch 12.1, players are now able to reset their Profession Knowledge Points. This is a long-awaited returning feature from The War Within, and it's very simple to do.
Previous to this Patch, any Knowledge Points you spent during WoW Midnight Season 1 were permanent and locked into whichever path you chose.
Important: This can only be done once per profession. It will also reset your learned recipes for that profession, if they are learned through knowledge points.
How to Respec Knowledge Points in Midnight WoW
Again, be aware that resetting Knowledge Points can only be done once per Profession. Any unlocked recipes through Knowledge Points will be lost. Make sure that you are confident you really do want to reset that profession’s knowledge points and that you know how you want to re-allocate those points before proceeding.
Resetting your Midnight Profession knowledge points involves simply talking to an NPC called Theremis, and confirming the profession you wish to reset the points for.

To reset your knowledge points you will need to find Theremis, he can be found in Silvermoon in the Bazaar area near the work order NPC.

Once you have found Theremis, talking to him will let you pick which Professions to reset your Knowledge Points for. You will then be refunded all of the points you have spent, allowing you to choose new pathing through the respective Profession Specialization Trees.
Warning: This can only be done once per profession, once you spend your points the second time the route you choose is locked.
Overall, the Knowledge Point reset is a nice opportunity to adjust your profession specializations, allowing players who may have spent their points in a way that they no longer favour to start fresh and make new choices.
