Offworld Regis Compound and Regis Components are two new crafting materials introduced in Dune Awakening's Chapter 3. They are primarily used for the crafting of Augmentations, and are therefore essential for late-game progression.
This short guide will show you how and where you can obtain Offworld Regis Compounds and how you can then use those Compounds to craft Regis Components.
Offworld Regis Compound
Offworld Regis Compounds are the base ingredient that is required to craft Regis Components, and serve no other purpose. That is not to understate their importance however, as without them you cannot craft any Augmentations.
To obtain Offworld Regis Compounds, you must first acquire 'House Scrip'. Every new Landsraad Mission that you complete and receive the 'Recollection Reward' for, will award 1,000 House Scrip. Note that you are limited to five additional 'Recollection Rewards' per day, but unused Rewards stack up to 35 total.
Once you have House Scrip, head to either Arrakeen or Harko Village (depending on your Faction allegiance) and you'll find the 'Landsraad Crafting Vendor' near the other Landsraad Vendors, as shown in the images below. Unlike other Landsraad Vendors, the Crafting Vendor is always active and available.
The Landsraad Crafting Vendor will sell you Offworld Regis Compounds for 550 House Scrip per Compound.
Regis Components
Now that you have your Offworld Regis Compound, you can craft Regis Components. In order to do so, you will need to have access to an Advanced Survival Fabricator. The recipe for crafting Regis Components is:
- 1,200x Water
- 1x Offworld Regis Compound
- 5x Silicone Block
- 5x Cobalt Paste
You will receive 10 Regis Components for every craft.
Augmentation Crafting Cost
To craft an Augmentation, you will need between 5 - 12 Regis Components, depending on the Grade of the Augmentation, as shown below:
- Grade 1: 5 Regis Components
- Grade 2: 6 Regis Components
- Grade 3: 9 Regis Components
- Grade 4: 10 Regis Components
- Grade 5: 12 Regis Components
With an effective cost of 55 House Scrip per Regis Component, this means that completing a single Landsraad Mission allows you to craft a Grade 5 Augmentation (ignoring breakpoints for crafting).
