If base building is your jam in Dune Awakening, then this guide is for you. We'll be listing all of the Dune Awakening Building Sets which are currently available and show you how you can unlock them all, even the sets from your opposing faction!
It's worth noting upfront that you won't be able to unlock some of these sets until you hit the max level (Faction Level 5) with either faction. You'll also need quite a lot of Solari as the Faction Stronghold sets are 80k Solari from your Faction Vendor but it's double that (160k Solari) to buy them for the opposing faction.

Atreides Building Sets
The following Atreides Building Sets can be acquired in Dune Awakening:
- Atreides Stronghold Set (Faction Level 2, 80,000 / 160,000 Solari)
- Atreides Basic Lights Set (Faction Level 2, 5,000 / 10,000 Solari)
- Atreides Office Furniture Set (Faction Level 3, 10,000 / 20,000 Solari)
- Atreides Bedroom Furniture Set (Faction Level 4, 15,000 / 30,000 Solari)
- Atreides Dining Room Furniture Set (Faction Level 5, 15,000 / 30,000 Solari)
If you are aligned with the Atreides faction, then the Atreides Building Sets can be acquired from either of the Atreides Supply Vendors/Quartermasters. There is one located in Hagga Basin at Helius Gate and one located in Arrakeen, right at the back of the airfield. Locations for both are shown below.
If you are aligned with the Harkonnen faction then you can still buy the Atreides Building Sets from Ormuna Lacks, the Buildings/Structure Vendor in Harko Village. However, the cost of each set will be double and you will still need to have the right faction level with the Harkonnen faction.
Harkonnen Building Sets
The following Harkonnen Building Sets can be acquired in Dune Awakening:
- Harkonnen Stronghold Set (Faction Level 2, 80,000 / 160,000 Solari)
- Harkonnen Basic Lights Set (Faction Level 2, 5,000 / 10,000 Solari)
- Harkonnen Office Furniture Set (Faction Level 3, 10,000 / 20,000 Solari)
- Harkonnen Bedroom Furniture Set (Faction Level 4, 15,000 / 30,000 Solari)
- Harkonnen Dining Room Furniture Set (Faction Level 5, 15,000 / 30,000 Solari)
If you are aligned with the Harkonnen faction, then the Harkonnen Building Sets can be acquired from either of the Harkonnen Supply Vendors/Quartermasters. There is one located in Hagga Basin at Riftwatch and one located in Harko Village, very near the entranceway. Locations for both are shown below.
If you are aligned with the Atreides faction then you can still buy the Harkonnen Building Sets from Phin O'Garee, the Scrap/Misc Vendor very near the entrance to Arrakeen. However, the cost of each set will be double and you will still need to have the right faction level with the Atreides faction.
CHOAM Building Sets
The following CHOAM Building Sets can be acquired in Dune Awakening:
- CHOAM Advanced Lights Set (Crossroads, 2,500 Solari)
- CHOAM Office Furniture Set (Any Tradepost, 2,500 Solari)
- CHOAM Bedroom Furniture Set (Anvil, Pinnacle, Crossroads, 2,500 Solari)
- CHOAM Dining Room Furniture Set (Pinnacle, Crossroads, 3,000 Solari)
- CHOAM Office Small Decorations Set (5,000 Solari)
- CHOAM Bedroom Small Decorations Set (5,000 Solari)
- CHOAM Dining Room Small Decorations Set (5,000 Solari)
There are 7 CHOAM Building Sets that you can purchase at a low cost, mostly for decorative purposes. These sets contain furniture, decorations and lighting rather than any material structural options. You can buy all of the sets from the CHOAM Vendor in Arrakeen or from the Buildings/Structure Vendor in Harko Village. The locations for both of these are shown below:
The CHOAM Furniture Sets and Advanced Lights set can also be acquired from Hagga Basin Vendors across the various Tradeposts. We've noted which Tradepost beside each Building Set in the list above.
Other Building Sets
Caladan Palace Building Set
The Caladan Palace Building Set cannot be acquired in-game and is only available if you purchase the Ultimate Edition of Dune Awakening. It comes with 30 additional building pieces and decorations in Atreides style, based on the Caladan aesthetic seen in the 2021 Dune movie. It can however be used by players aligned with either the Atreides or Harkonnen factions.
Dune Awakening Launch Twitch Drops Observer Set 1 (Limited: June 2025)
As part of Dune's marketing campaign at launch, players could unlock an additional building set containing three structural items within the 'Observer' set which has a futuristic, metallic sheen aesthetic.

Dune Awakening Launch Twitch Drops Observer Set 2 (Limited: July - August 2025)
A continuation of the previous Twitch Drops campaign, players could unlock an additional building set containing three additional structural items within the Observer set.
