The 'Armor Plating' Landsraad Task is one of the Landsraad's ‘deliver’ tasks that involves collecting and handing in a large number of Armor Plating pieces.
You will likely have built up a decent supply of Armor Plating already. If not, they can be easily acquired from Vendors or farmed.
Pro Tip: Armor Plating award 44 points each, so without any bonuses, 239 will be needed for a Tier 4 Lansdraad reward.
How To Get Armor Plating In Dune Awakening
Farming Armor Plating From Salvage Buggies
Buggies can be found on top of and inside the Hagga Rift area shown in the left image above. However, the area on top is much more reliable and easier to farm.
Simply find one of the abandoned buggies, scan it with your Cutteray and then mine it to receive Armor Plating. This method is much more consistent and can be made much easier if you have a vehicle, especially an Ornithopter to get around the zone.
This farm would be our preferred method if you want to do the work and save on Solari. If you have plenty of Solari, check out the easiest method below.
Buying Armor Plating from Vendors
One of the easiest way to pick up a few stacks of Armor Plating is to just buy them from vendors around Dune Awakening. You will want to visit Asmara Efendi, the Weapons Dealer, in Harko Village as she sells an unlimited amount of Armor Plating (other vendors only hold stacks of 20) for 750 Solari per piece. Look for the Weapons Merchant icon directly north of the Imperial Consulate icon on the map.
Killing Enemies and Looting For Armor Plating
You can also farm Armor Plating by killing enemies and looting camps but if you are trying to complete the Lansdraad Task as quickly as possible, this will take you a long time.

The 'Deliver Armor Plating' Landsraad Task is one of the easiest tasks, due to the ease of access to the farm locations, plus you will likely have a fair few knocking around your base. Farming them from destroyed buggies or buying them from vendors makes this simple.
