Sandtrout Leather and Stillsuit Tubing are two rare crafting components that can be found in Dune Awakening and are exclusively used to craft gear.
Both Sandtrout Leather and Stillsuit Tubing are found in Mysa Tarill and The O’odham areas of the Hagga Basin and specifically from the bodies of Maas Kharet enemies. Hovering over the locations on your map will show you which POIs to target.

Buying Sandtrout Leather and Stillsuit Tubing From Vendors
Sandtrout Leather and Stillsuit Tubing is unfortunately not readily available for purchase, with it only being sold by a few vendors and in short supply. You'll need to head to either Zoe at the Crossroads Tradepost, who will sell you 15 at 4,500 Solari each or to either of the Weapons Vendors at Arrakeen and Harko Village. That's a hefty price to pay for what you get.
Alternatively, you can of course also just buy them directly from the Exchange.

Sandtrout Leather, and Stillsuit Tubing are found on bodies in several locations throughout the O'odham and Mysa Tarill regions of Hagga Basin. The locations shown above are the points of interest where you’ll find them. For the best farm, you want to go to Mysa Tarill first, as this is such a large location, you will get a lot of what you need very fast here. As the enemies here respawn, you can hit up the other locations.
Deliver Sandtrout Leather and Stillsuit Tubing Landsraad Task
The “Sandtrout Leather” and “Stillsuit Tubing” Landsraad Tasks are Landsraad's ‘deliver’ tasks that involves collecting a certain number of items and handing them in for a Landsraad Reward.
Delivering Sandtrout Leather and Stillsuit Tubing are both quite tough tasks because of the grind, but you might already have a decent stockpile in your storage. If not, make sure to come prepared, as the enemies are quite challenging by Hagga Basin standards.
If possible it's great to pair this Task up with a 'Kill Maas Kharet' Landsraad Task.
Pro Tip: Sandtrout Leather awards 40 points each, so without any bonuses, 263 will be needed for a Tier 4 Lansdraad reward. For the Stillsuit Tubing award, 39 points, requiring 270 turn-ins for a Tier 4 Lansdraad reward
