Light Caliber Compressors are a rare crafting material/resource in Dune Awakening that are primarily used to craft ranged weapons and can only found in specific locations.
Light Caliber Compressor are often found where the tooltip suggests: "The Sandflies often keep stashes of these in their outposts." What this means is you'll find Light Caliber Compressors inside the Eastern and Western Shield Wall areas of Hagga Basin. These locations are where Sandflies outposts can be found. You can also purchase them from one vendor in limited quantities or via the Exchange.

Buying Light Caliber Compressors From A Vendor
Light Caliber Compressor is not an easy item to buy from vendors, with it being only reasonably available from one vendor. You'll need to head to Zoe at the Crossroads Tradepost, who will sell you 15 at 5,000 Solari each. As a note, this isn't enough for one full turn-in during the Landsraad Task.
Alternatively, you can of course also just buy them directly from the Exchange.
Farming Light Caliber Compressors
The number inside the circles on the image indicate the number of Containers you can find at that location.
As mentioned previously, Light Caliber Compressors can only be found in specific Sandfly outposts and in limited quantities. A standard container will usually only contain a handful of Light Caliber Compressors, if any at all.
Farming Light Caliber Compressors is not difficult but it is time consuming. In the image above, you can see all of the outposts/locations in the Western and Eastern Shield Walls that have Containers with Light Caliber Compressors inside.
As with many resource tasks or gathering runs, look to combine it with something else. For example a 'Kill Sandflies' Landsraad Task.
Deliver Light Caliber Compressor Landsraad Task
The 'Light Caliber Compressor' Landsraad Task is one of the Landsraad's ‘deliver’ tasks that involves collecting a certain number of Light Caliber Compressors and handing them in for a Landsraad Reward.
Delivering Light Caliber Compressors is one of the tougher tasks but you might already have a decent stockpile in your storage. If not, make sure to come prepared, as the enemies are quite challenging by Hagga Basin standards.
Pro Tip: Light Caliber Compressors award 18 points each, so without any bonuses, 584 will be needed for a Tier 4 Lansdraad reward.
