The 'Kill Kirab' Landsraad Task is one of the easiest Landsraad 'elimination' Tasks thanks to the incredible abundance of Kirab enemies in Hagga Basin.
Kirab enemies are present all throughout Western and Eastern Vermillius Gap, in large numbers across many Strongholds, Testing Stations, Caves and Camps.
As with all 'killing' Tasks, each kill of a Kirab will award 23 points which means that you will need 457 kills for the Tier 4 Reward and 609 kills for the Armor Swatch.

Where To Find Kirab in Dune Awakening
As previously mentioned, Kirab can be found in West and East Vermillius Gap, as shown in the image below. Each figure indicates the rough number of NPCs you'll find at that POI.
As you can see, there are some areas which have very high concentrations of Kirab NPCs, namely:
- Testing Station 13
- Testing Station 197
- Centre of the map (Mendia's Gate, Westview, Eastview, Southview)
There are really two options when it comes to completing this Landsraad Task and ultimately it comes down to whether you are just trying to complete it right now, or if you want to be as efficient as possible.
If you are trying to complete the quest to get the item as quickly as you can then just run the entire route shown in the map above, then rinse and repeat.
Best Route For Killing Kirab in Dune Awakening
To maximise efficiency, forget about travelling to the minor camps, such as The Bulwark, Aren's Post or Way Out East. Instead, focus each run on the areas of higher concentration. These are shown below.
It's a circular route so it doesn't really matter where you start or end, just clear both of the Testing Stations, the central area and the two Stronholds near the radiation zone (since you'll travel past there anyway).
After you've run the route, go run another Landsraad Task route then come back and repeat once they've respawned.
Tips To Save Time
As with all 'Killing' Landsraad Tasks, you'll want to follow these tips to save yourself time and maximise your efficiency:
- Use a Scout Ornithopter with the highest level Wings, Engine and Thruster (Boost Module) that you can craft;
- Craft the highest level melee weapon that you can as this is the fastest way to kill Kirab;
- Ensure your items are fully repaired (especially your Shield, Power Pack and Suspensor Belt);
- Ensure you have a Literjon stocked up with plenty of water before you go; and
- Just 'loot all' and then sort out the loot when you get back to your base.
