A Lesson in Botany (and Pain)

Investigate the poisonous fog emanating from Imperial Testing Station No. 195. We don't know much, but we do know that the fools in that testing station were attempting to feed fogwood with elacca residue. Our House doesn't know what such a volatile mixture will do - but we have reports of a poison that is immune to poison sniffers. This could change the War of Assassins forever!
