If you've found your way to this article, you are likely trying to build your first ornithopter in Dune Awakening and realised that you need this unusual resource, Industrial Pump, in order to craft the wings.
Industrial Pumps are pretty niche in their application, only really being used for crafting flying vehicle wings and a couple of other utility items. They are also difficult to obtain, only really being found reliably in one heavily guarded location.
Farming Industrial Pumps in Sentinel City
Sentinel City is a heavily guarded location in the Eastern Shield Wall area of the game. See the image below for the exact location with reference to the wider game map.
This is one of the only locations in the game where you can reliably farm Industrial Pumps, with the item description even referring to the Sandflies, the denizens of this 'City'.
You should note early on that this is a high level area and even with Mk4 Aluminum weapons, these enemies are tough to take down. On my first trip to Sentinel City I just ignored the enemies and looted as many chests as possible to grab the pumps and then make a hasty exit.
Pro Tip: As with any other in-and-out chest-grab trips, leave your vehicle outside the entrance so if you die (and the chances of this are high), you can respawn right at your vehicle and run back in to grab your stuff.
There are a bunch of chests scattered throughout Sentinel City but most of them are located quite deep, which does make this even more challenging.
The good news is that as long as you loot most of the chests inside, one trip should be enough for all four of your ornithopter wings. As shown in the image above, it's also a great place to grab some Heavy Calibre Compressors and Light Calibre Compressors which are essential components in crafting a lot of Dune Awakening's more powerful weapons.
Pro Tip: If you make it all the way to the back of the base you'll find a 2 or 3-tiered structure and at the top you will find a locked room. Off of the locked room there is another room where you can grab the identification band. Run back into the locked room and you will find some very powerful loot including Spice-infused Aluminum Dust.
