The Walkway layout is one of the common Shipwreck layouts that we see in the Deep Desert. Follow this quick & simple guide to find your way to the Reward Chest with ease.
Warning: This Shipwreck will lock you into a room where you will have to kill 4-5 enemies before you can leave. It's recommended you have at least Mk5 gear for this.
The Walkway Shipwreck - Map & Route
This Shipwreck is pretty simple to navigate, despite its large size. There's some radiation in the side corridors but you won't be spending long enough there to have to worry about that anyway.
Green ID Band
There are two 'main rooms' in the centre of the ship, navigate to the first of these. In the route shown above, we've assumed you've entered from the 'front' of the ship, but no problem if you enter from either of the sides.
You'll notice there is a walkway a level above ground level that spans the outside walls of both central rooms. Jump up onto the walkway in the first large room and cut through the door on the left side (where the walkway intersects) and grab the Green ID Band.
Combat Section - Locked Room
With the Green ID Band, head through to the second large central room and at the end you'll see there is a Green Locked Door. Head right on through and then again through the tunnel into a room with shield doors.
Once you enter through the green shield doors, the shield doors will turn red and you won't be able to leave until you kill the enemies inside.
It's a fairly easy encounter if you are well geared (minimum Mk5/Duraluminum items), just take cover and take your time.
Rare Chest and Purple ID Band
Once you have cleared the enemies and the shield doors turn green, head on through to the final 'reward' room. Inside you'll find the Rare Chest in the centre.
Grab the ID band on the right hand side and use it to exit back out into the Deep Desert.
