The Command Centre Wreck is one of the Unrecovered Shipwrecks that you can find in the Deep Desert. It's essentially the heavily guarded front end (bridge) of a ship, but it's pretty short and easy to navigate once you've been through it once.
The Wreck only has a single ID Band right at the end, but contains a bunch of optional content and chests throughout.

The Command Centre Wreck - Map & Route
As you can see from the layout image above, the Wreck spans two levels but both are fairly short and easy to navigate.
Navigating Level 0 - Optional Loot
You'll notice from the moment you arrive at the entrance that this Wreck is fairly well guarded. That continues throughout the Wreck with 2-3 enemies in pretty much every room. However you will not be 'locked-in' or forced to fight any enemies.
Head straight through the first room and head up the stairs on your right. There's an optional room at the bottom of the stairs that you can Cutteray through which contains a small/medium chest.
Once up the stairs, continue along the corridor and turn left at the end to start Level 1.
Navigating Level 1 - Purple ID Band & Reward Chest
Progress through the hallway to the door on your right and then continue to the end where you will find a Cutteray door. Be aware that using your Cutteray disables your shields so if you decide not to kill the enemies in the room, you'll take some damage here.
Once through the welded door, hang a left and you'll enter the final room. The Purple ID Band will be at the right hand side near the back, right beside the Reward Chest. Grab the Band and the Reward Chest and then head out of the door beside you.
