The 'Water Plant' Testing Station is one of the Testing Stations you'll encounter deep in the Deep Desert. It's one of the shortest Testing Stations and is mostly on rails, but has one of the toughest lock-ins!
Warning: This Testing Station is designed for small groups, but can be done solo. However you will be locked in to a room where you will encounter many waves of enemies. We recommend at least Mk5 items, ideally some strong uniques.

Reaching the Lock-in
The start to this Testing Station is super simple. Just head down the stairs until you enter the atrium, the first large circular room. There's a couple of enemies to get you warmed up in here before heading through the door at the back left.
Follow the tunnel until you reach the green shield door.
Combat Section - Locked Room and Waves
Once you enter the green shield door, you will be locked in this room until you clear multiple waves of enemies. You will have to deal with 5-6 waves of enemies with the last wave being the toughest wave I've seen in any Testing Station.
This is the only Testing Station where I've been downed so far, it seemed like there was around 15-18 enemies in the room on the last wave! It's also a much smaller room so easier to get pinned down.
Make good use of the two upper levels at each side, you can run around the pillars to hide from enemy fire and try to catch off the melee troopers with a parry + slow blade.
Snipe the unshielded ranged troopers from afar and keep moving.
Purple ID Band & Reward Room
Well done - you've cleared all of the waves and are ready to move on. Take a breather then head on through the tunnel until you reach the Purple ID Band on your right about half way down.
Proceed to the Cutteray door ahead, scan it, break the locks with your Cutteray, then grab the Reward Chest behind the giant pipes. Exit back into the main atrium and head out.
