Chosen Helmet
The Chosen are the elite warriors of the Maas Kharet cult, which makes its home at the old power station of Mysa Tarill. There are always four Chosen - Fire, Body, Tooth and Breath. Each is a symbolic part of the great sandworm, though this Unique armor is probably just something looted from the station.
