If you are at the stage in the game where you've started going on expeditions into Sheol, you'll no doubt be looking for any way you can to reduce the impact of radiation on your character.
One way to do just that is to make Iodine Pills at the Survival Fabricator and as you probably already know, Iodine Pills require Agave Seeds. This strange resource is only used for Iodine Pills and cannot be used to craft anything else (currently).
It is similar in nature to Plant Fibre, in that it is a plant-based crafting material that is harvested without the requirement of any tools. Like Plant Fibre, it also gives you 5x per stack. So, where you can find it?
Where Can You Find Agave Seeds
The short answer is, in The O'odham. The seeds can be found all over The O'odham and are identifiable by a long thin stem with a bright red flower at the top, as shown in the image below.
We'd definitely recommend that when you go out to farm these seeds, that you do it during the day. They can be quite hard to spot amongst the other cacti and flora so using vehicle headlights is challenging.
Also, we noticed that there seemed to be a greater density near the 'Giant Cactus'. We've highlighted this location below. The white circle is the whole area within which they spawn and the orange circle shows the area we found a lot in.
