How to Unlock the Fast Travel Bell in Windrose

You can unlock the Fast Travel Bell by first going to the Smuggler’s Cache. This is located close to your initial spawn location on the beach, and is a hole in the ground covered by some leaves and wood. Break those to reveal a set of stairs, but be ready to face a Drowned. Once that’s dealt with, you will find a chest with the Fast Travel Bell and some other stuff, which will unlock the recipe for you.

Crafting Fast Travel Bell in Windrose

The recipe will allow you to craft it at the Workbench. You will need quite a bit of Copper Ore to get the Ingots for this recipe, which you can get faster by referring to our Copper farming guide. You will also need some Rope, which you can make at the Workbench with some Plant Fiber.

Here is the full recipe:

• Fast Travel Bell: 10 Copper Ingots + 3 Rope

Once you obtain the Fast Travel Bell, you must craft the Fast Travel Point with Build Mode, and it must be placed on the coastline. Here is the recipe for it:

• Fast Travel Point: 20 Wood + 1 Fast Travel Bell

Using the Fast Travel Bell in Windrose

To Fast Travel, you need to have at least two Fast Travel Points set up to teleport between areas. Alternatively, you can also have one Fast Travel Point and teleport by getting on your Ketch, then opening the Map to Fast Travel.
