Crimson Desert Hunter's Cabin Relic Puzzle Solution and Location

Finding the Hunter’s Cabin Relic in Crimson Desert is a fairly easy process once you know where to look. If you are hunting for Cressets to upgrade your character, this is one of the quickest "Early Game" boosts you can find.

Quick Solution: How to Open the Crypt

Locate the Graveyard: Northwest of Hernand City.
Check Your Lantern: It will glow Blue when you are in the correct puzzle zone.
Light the Torches: Locate any unlit stone torches around the perimeter of the graveyard and light them. We had to light two, but there can be up to five
Collect Reward: The central stone crypt will open, granting you the Cresset

Hunter’s Cabin Relic Location

The relic is situated in the wilderness Northwest of Hernand City.

Map Marker: Look at the "Hernand" text on your world map; the location is directly above the letters "A" and "N"
Navigation Path: Exit Hernand via the West gate, then follow the river road heading North
Landmark: You will pass through the Haunted Hill area. Shortly after, the graveyard will come into view if you approach from Hernand City

How to Solve the Hunter's Cabin Puzzle

The "Hunter's Cabin" name is a bit of a misnomer; the focal point is actually a Stone Crypt in the centre of a small cemetery.

As you approach the crypt, pay attention to your character’s Lantern. It will light up when you are near a stone torch that needs to be lit. You can see this above.

Lighting the Stone Torches

The seal on the crypt is tied to the surrounding environment. To unlock the seal simply:

Scan the graveyard for Stone Torches.
Light any Stone Torches which are unlit.

Pro Tip: If you are having trouble seeing the unlit torches, wait until nightfall or use your focus mode to highlight interactable objects.

Looting the Crypt

Once the final torch is lit, the crypt doors will slide open.

Primary Reward: 1x Cresset
Bonus Loot: Check the left side of the crypt's interior to find a Hidden Treasure Map.
The Memory: You may notice two spectral travellers inside. You can use your lantern on them to see a memory. It just adds some context and lore.

What to do Next? (Post-Puzzle Routing)

Don't leave the area immediately! There are several high-value objectives nearby:

Clear the Fog: Head further North to the Calphade Bell Location. Ringing the bell will reveal the map for this entire sector.
Artifact Hunting: There are several Sealed Abyss Artifacts scattered in the immediate vicinity of the Hunter's Cabin.
