The Unreachable Village is a secret quest you can get by entering the Pororin village three times and being forced to leave. The kids in the village will eventually give you a chance. This is also the location of the Cat Village, requiring this short quest chain to complete.
In this guide, we'll show you how to complete the Unreachable Village quest, which in turn will give you access to the Cat Village so you can recruit the cats you want as pets. Including the legendary Chunky Cat.

How To Get Into Cat Village - The Unreachable Village
How to Enter the Pororin Shai Village
To gain access to the village, look for the colourful floating flower pots. This signals you are close. However, entering isn't as simple as walking in:
- Get Knocked Out: Approach Pororin. A Shai will knock you unconscious and drag you away.
- Persistence is Key: You must repeat this process twice more, three times in total, to get the next option.
- Meet Arkin: After waking up for the third time, a Shai named Arkin will call you from a nearby tree. She is your ticket into the village.
Where to Find Arkin and the Trembling Gorge
Once you’ve met Arkin, they will move to a new location to continue the quest.
- Location: Much further East, just across the Demeniss border (see left image)
- Exact Spot: She is waiting on a lower cliff within the Trembling Gorge (see right image)
Pro Tip: While travelling east, stay away from Pororin to avoid being knocked unconscious again!
How to Retrieve the Relic of Pororin
Arkin will task you with retrieving the Relic of Pororin from a "stubborn oaf" who is "really tall".
Pro Tip: If you are lucky, the ent will be nearby as you start the quest.
Finding The 'Walking Tree' (The Ent)
The quest marker can be misleading because the target is not stationary. The relic is carried by a massive Ent that patrols the area.
- The Route: The Ent circles the Trembling Gorge in a clockwise direction.
- Tracking Tip: To find him faster, travel anticlockwise. Look for the broken tree trunks that mark his path.
How To Get The Relic From The Ent
You cannot simply fight the Ent for the Relic. Instead, you must reach the top of its head using any of the following methods:
- Climbing: Scale the creature directly.
- Gliding: Use a nearby cliff to glide onto its head.
- Axiom Force: Use an upgraded Axiom Force three times to leap directly to the top.
Getting To Cat Village
Once you have the Relic of Pororin, return to Arkin at her cliffside location in the Trembling Gorge. Completing this quest grants you permanent access to the Village of Pororin. Now that you are inside the Cat Village, you can use your knowledge of Pet Handling to recruit all the cats you desire.
How to get a Chunky Cat
