Beached Asteroid are fish that can be found by fishing on the Coiled Isle. They are used as a currency for several items, including recipes and toys. They are also not Soulbound, meaning they can be sold on the Auction House.
How to Farm Beached Asteroid in WoW Midnight
The best way to farm Beached Asteroid is to fish in open water on the Coiled Isle while using an Eerie Lure. The Eerie Lure can be purchased from Second Mate Sluggs, who can be found at Tokka’s Folly.

Once there, you can pick a spot and start fishing. We recommend looking for a group in the Group Finder; they are usually listed as “Fishing Coiled Isle.” These groups allow you to share the rare NPC that can spawn while fishing and grants Captain Tokka reputation.
The Eerie Lure costs 10 Voidlight Marl and increases your chance of catching unique fish on the Coiled Isle for 30 minutes. This appears to include Beached Asteroid, Bulbous Benthos, and Pristine Polygon.
Where to Spend Beached Asteroid in WoW Midnight
Beached Asteroid can be used to purchase several items, including recipes, as well as Bulbous Benthos, which can then be used to purchase Pristine Polygon. It costs 25 Beached Asteroid to purchase 1 Bulbous Benthos and 5 Bulbous Benthos to purchase 1 Pristine Polygon. These trades can only be made in one direction.
The vendor Navigator Otoola can be easily found in Tokka’s Landing, and you do not need any reputation to access her items.
