The Venomous Abyss, the Raiding Highlight of WoW Midnight Season 2 (Patch 12.1), will have a variety of Bind on Equip gear that can drop. With them being BoE, they can be sold to other players on the Auction House, usually for a large amount of gold, especially the Mythic BoEs.
BoEs will most likely be dropping from Lieutenant mobs located within the instance, making them fairly easy to target. Although similar to previous seasons you will most likely only be able to have a chance, once per reset, per Lieutenant, on each difficulty. Keep in mind that they are still rare drops.
Depending on the difficulty, the item level and reward track will differ. We have broken down what item level and reward track the Bind on Equip (BoE) gear will drop at.
| Raid Difficulty | Item Level | Reward Track |
| LFR | 279 | Veteran |
| Normal | 292 | Champion |
| Heroic | 305 | Hero |
| Mythic | 318 | Myth |
Note: We have used previous seasons to predict what Reward Track / Item Level they will drop at.
For the first few weeks of WoW Midnight Season 2, Mythic BoEs will drop as Bind on Pick Up (BoP); this means that you will not be able to trade the gear with other players or sell it on the auction house if they are obtained during that period. This does not apply to BoEs obtained in Heroic, Normal, or LFR.
List of The Venomous Abyss BoEs in WoW Midnight
The table below shows all the BoEs that can drop from The Venomous Abyss raid. All of the items will roll random secondary stats.
| Item | Slot | Armour Type |

| Pauldrons of the Forgotten Sacrifice | Shoulders | Plate |
| Greaves of the Noxious Depths | Feet | |

| Temple Delver's Mystic Helm | Helm | Leather |
| Slippers of the Hissing Cult | Feet | Cloth |
| Venom Rite Mantle | Shoulders | Cloth |
One interesting thing to note with these BoEs is the random stats, this means they could easily be Best in Slot Tier items, as the Midnight Season 2 Catalyst Changes mean the item will retain its original stats when used in the Catalyst. This means they could potentially be worth a lot more than in previous seasons if they have the specific stats that specs are looking for.
Bind on Equip gear is always an exciting drop, especially with the new catalyst changes, as they could potentially be Best in Slot.
