Captain Tokka is a Reputation introduced in WoW Midnight, during Patch 12.1. It is heavily focused on the fishing profession and has some great rewards, including the Sea-Dwelling Isle Serpent mount, Decor for player housing and the best fishing rod available.

How to Unlock the Captain Tokka Reputation in Midnight WoW
The Captain Tokka Reputation is fairly easy to unlock once you have access to the Coiled Isle, the new zone released in Midnight Patch 12.1.
When you arrive on The Coiled Isle you can find Captain Tokka inside the main encampment.

Captain Tokka will give you the Venom Fishing: Proof Is In The Ooze Quest, which is the start of the questline to unlock the Captain Tokka Reputation.
Earning Captain Tokka Reputation in WoW Midnight
Unlike most other reputations in Midnight, Captain Tokka’s reputation does not work like a Renown. Instead it works similar to traditional Reputations, where each level has its own name (such as Neutral, Friendly, Honored, Revered and Exalted) and usually takes longer to farm reputation for.
The Table below shows each rank of reputation with Captain Tokka and how much reputation you need for each.

Sources of Reputation with Captain Tokka
Earning reputation with Captain Tokka can only be done in a few ways:
- Initial Quest Line
- Daily Quests
- World Quest
- Fishing
Initial Quest Line
The first initial quest line will reward enough reputation to bring you to Doomed Sailor with Captain Tokka.
Daily Quests
You can earn reputation by doing the Daily Quests from Second Mate Sluggs or Brinedrinker Gills, both of which can be found on Tokka’s Folly.

World Quest
Completing the Open Sea Fishing World Quest will reward 500 Reputation. It can usually be found in the North East of the zone, which seems to appear weekly.
Fishing
The final way to farm Captain Tokka Reputation is by fishing.
When you fish on The Coiled Isle you will occasionally loot quest items, which you can hand in for 150 reputation each. There are a total of 10 of these items, and if you find all of them you will receive the Treasures Of The Damned achievement.Note: You can only receive these Reputation rewards once per warband.
Where to find the Captain Tokka Reputation Vendor
Second Mate Slugs is the reputation vendor for Captain Tokka and can be found at Tokka’s Folly, near the center of The Coiled Isle.

Captain Tokka Reputation Rewards in WoW Midnight
Once you have started earning Reputation Levels with Captain Tokka, you can purchase a variety of rewards from Second Mate Sluggs. They cost Voidlight Marl, Moxie or Coiled Filaments, and have different Reputation level requirements.

Second Mate Sluggs sells a variety of items for Voidlight Marl, most notably The Coiled Huntress Fishing Rod and a lot of Decor Items. The table below shows all of the items, the Voidlight Marl cost and the reputation level needed with Captain Tokka to purchase them.

Captain Tokka Coiled Filament Rewards
Second Mate Sluggs also sells a large amount of rewards in exchange for Coiled Filament; this is a new currency that can be collected by successfully fishing with The Coiled Huntress Fishing Rod on The Coiled Isle.

Second Mate Sluggs sells some new Midnight Profession recipes, including the Alluring Nostrum Potion Recipe. Each of the items require their respective Profession Moxie.
