In the second season of WoW Midnight we are getting a new raid, the Venomous Abyss, this is an 8 boss raid that will send us deep into the Vaults of Atal’Utek in an attempt to save Zul’Jan from the whispers of Malacrass and deal with the great shame of the Amani empire, Ula’tek.
The Venomous Abyss raid comes with a bunch of new gearing changes including, Bonus Roll changes, Catalyst changes and Great Vault item level changes. This will make gearing a lot more streamlined in Patch 12.1 of WoW Midnight and will hopefully stay for future patches.
How To Get To The Venomous Abyss Raid Entrance
In order to get to the Venomous Abyss Raid you will need to head to the new zone of The Coiled Isle. You can get to The Coiled Isle simply by flying East of Zul’Aman or using the Portal once you have unlocked it, read more in our How to Get to The Coiled Isle Guide.
Once you have entered The Coiled Isle you will need to head into The Vaults of Atal’Utek. There are 3 different entrances you can use to get into The Vaults of Atal’Ut
Each of the Vault entrances will lead you to a different area inside of the Vaults of Atal’Utek, but you will be able to reach the Venomous Raid Entrance regardless of what entrance you use.
Tip: For the quickest way to the Venomous Abyss Raid Entrance you should take the Gate of the Serpent’s Eye, as this will lead you directly to the bridge leading to the raid entrance.
If you use the Gate of the Western or Eastern Fang to enter the Vaults of Atal’Utek you should then head north, towards the top of the map where you will find the Venomous Abyss raid entrance. Make sure you run along the right side of the Vaults of Atal’Utek, as the bridge leading to the raid is broken on the left side.
