The Underbelly is a sub-section of the Vaults of Atal’Utek, a content zone released in WoW Patch 12.1 of the Midnight Expansion, which is filled with elite mobs and dangerous patrols. Getting to The Underbelly is necessary for a few different achievements and is an objective for the Vaults of Atal’Utek World Event, but getting to The Underbelly can be a little confusing.
This guide shows you where to find The Underbelly, how to reach the entrance for it and what you can expect to find inside The Underbelly.
Where to Find The Underbelly in the Vaults of Atal’Utek
The entrance for The Underbelly can be found towards the back of the Vaults of Atal’Utek, close to the Northern Amani Bulwark flight point.

Following the corridor down past the guards you will enter into The Underbelly, this is the only way in or out of this part of the Vaults of Atal’Utek.
The Underbelly Points of Interest
Upon entering The Underbelly you will see all of the elite mobs patrolling around each room and corridor of The Underbelly, which can make it difficult to navigate around. The Underbelly has a few different things that you may be searching for, including multiple mobs needed for Achievements or a treasure needed for the Altar of Corrosion.
