Midnight Pre-Patch Tier Set Bonuses:
- (2) Set Bonus: Damage done increased by 6%
- (4) Set Bonus: Damage done increased by 10%
With the pre-patch, tier set bonuses have been changed to flat damage increases, as most specs have parts of their The War Within Season 3 tier set bonuses baked into their hero talents. Since Devourer didn’t exist in The War Within this makes no difference for us.

Mastery and Haste provide significantly more value than Critical Strike and Versatility, so prioritize Mastery into Haste on your gear. I always recommend simming your own character to get a better idea on which items to aim for.

Embellishments
Use Darkmoon Sigil: Ascension on your crafted Warglaive, and Writhing Armor Banding on crafted wrists.
Note: Make sure that your crafted weapon is a Warglaive, so that you can use it for both Havoc and Devourer.
Reshii Wraps
I recommend using Pure Energizing Fiber (Mastery) on your Reshii Wraps.
