The Omnium Folio is a new Player Power feature introduced in WoW Midnight Patch 12.0.7, unlike recent player power upgrades this one is not tied to a piece of equipment or gear. To start unlocking the Omnium Folio Tree requires a short quest chain and you will get access to more of the tree each week with a weekly quest.
The Omnium Folio will continue to be active for the duration of the Midnight WoW Expansion. With only 5 choices it is possible that Blizzard will add additional upgrades to this system in Season 2 or 3 of Midnight.
Unlocking the Omnium Folio in WoW Midnight
Unlocking the Omnium Folio is done by completing a short questline around Silvermoon, Isle of Quel’danas and Eversong Woods. This questline starts at The Magister's Call, this can be picked up from the Magister's Missive in Silvermoon City and will send you to the Thalassian University.

You will then progress through the following Quests:
- The Magister's Conundrum
- Omnium Anomalies
- Lycaneum Chaos
- The Shadowed Spire
- The Void Reveals
- Unravelling the Wards
- The Grand Magister's Key-Cipher
- Return to the Omnium
- The Omnium Reawakens
One easy part to get lost on during the quest chain is The Shadowed Spire and Unravelling the Wards Quests, as you receive these two at the same time. The Unravelling the Wards take place on the Isle of Quel’danas, whereas The Shadowed Spire takes place in Eversong Woods. You will need to complete both of these before the Return to the Omnium quest becomes available.
Once you have completed The Omnium Reawakens you will receive The Sunstrider Omnium Achievement, you will also get your first point to place in the Omnium Folio.
Upgrading the Omnium Folio in WoW Midnight
Once you have your first point, there will be a weekly quest that will grant an additional point. If you missed a week, you will be able to catch up by completing the quests you missed without waiting, until you have caught up.
The quest objective changes from week to week, we have listed them out in the table below.

Once you have fully upgraded the Omnium Folio you will get the achievement Omnium Folio Studies, which rewards the Sunstrider Omnium Simulacrum Decor.
Overall the Omnium Folio is a nice change from Cyrce's Circlet or the Durable Information Securing Container player power system, by not requiring an equipment slot. It is also nice Blizzard have communicated that this will be an intentional source of player power and an active part of the Midnight WoW Expansion.
