The Curio system is returning in Patch 11.2 with the Manaforge Omega Raid, however, there is a small but important change, you will now exchange these for tier tokens instead of tier items. This means that they can now be rolled for Tertiary stats (Speed, Leech or Avoidance), and with helmets you have the possibility to roll a socket.
There are 4 different versions of the Hungering Void Curio that drop from Dimensius, the All-Devouring on the respective difficulties:
- LFR: Hungering Void Curio
- Normal: Hungering Void Curio
- Heroic: Hungering Void Curio
- Mythic: Hungering Void Curio

To exchange your Hungering Void Curio you will need to locate Acquirer Ba’Theom who is located just outside of the Manaforge Omega raid.
