In the second phase of The War Within Season 3 Turbo Boost, players will gain access to Puzzling Cartel Chips. These function very similarly to the ones that were available in Season 2 of The War Within. This guide outlines how to obtain your Puzzling Cartel Chips, where the cartel chip vendors are located, and what you can purchase.
There are some important things to note about the Puzzling Cartel Chips coming in Season 3.
Puzzling Cartel Chips Hero and Myth Track Requirements
In Season 3 of The War Within there will be two vendors one for Hero Track gear and one for Myth Track gear. There will be no requirements to purchase items from the Hero Track vendor.
To purchase items from the Myth Track vendor you will need to complete some requirements. To purchase Myth Track items originally from Mythic + you will need to complete that specific dungeon on a +12 or higher in time. To purchase Myth Track items originally from the Manaforge Omega raid you will need to defeat that boss on Mythic difficulty.
Puzzling Cartel Chips Capped at 9 per Character
Similar to last season you will be limited to 9 Puzzling Cartel Chips per character. Each item costs 3 chips each, meaning you will be able to buy 3 items per character, so making sure you pick the correct items will be important.

How to Obtain Puzzling Cartel Chips
You will obtain Puzzling Cartel Chips from a weekly quest, the first version of the quest will reward three Puzzling Cartel Chips, allowing you to purchase one item. All quests after that will reward one Puzzling Cartel Chip per week.
This quest requires you to kill either 4 raid bosses or complete 4 Mythic+ Keys.
Puzzling Cartel Chip Vendors Location
There are two Puzzling Cartel Chip Vendors in Season 3 that can be found in Dornogal just outside the bank. They are Fixer So’kir and Fixer So’tho.

You can Purchase Trinkets, Weapons and Cantrip Items from the Manaforge Omega raid, or any of the Season 3 Mythic+ Dungeon’s. Items purchased from the vendors will be 1/8 on their respective track.
