In The War Within Season 3, we have the brand new Raid Manaforge Omega, a new set of Mythic+ Dungeons and a Delvers season refresh. This means an increase in item level for all seasonal content.
The War Within Season 3 Ethereal Crests
The War Within Season 3 will continue to use the upgrade system of Season 2, where most gear will be upgraded with a combination of Crests and Valorstones.
Blizzard has stuck with the increased amount of crests you can obtain from Mythic+ Dungeons that was introduced with season 2.
Below is a table showing the number of crests you will receive at specific key levels:

As in both previous seasons of The War Within, the last 2 bosses of Manaforge Omega will drop 15 additional crests of the next highest difficulty. For example, defeating either Dimensius the All-Devouring or Nexus-King Salhadaar on Heroic difficulty will reward 15 Runed Ethereal Crests and 15 Gilded Ethereal Crests.
The War Within Season 3 Mythic+ End of Dungeon Item Levels
The table below shows the item level of the reward you will receive from the chest at the end of a Mythic+ dungeon based on the Keystone level. The item level that drops can be the same at multiple key levels.

The War Within Season 3 End of Delve Rewards
Finishing any delve on any difficulty always rewards an item that is not on a reward track and is item level 642. However, if you have a Bountiful Coffer key and complete a Bountiful delve, you receive the following item level rewards:

The War Within Season 3 Mythic+ Great Vault Item Levels
For Mythic+, you will earn reward options at 1, 4 and 8 keys. The reward will be based on your lowest 8 keys completed for the reset. For example, if you have completed 3 +9s and 1 +10 your first option will be a Myth Track item and your second would be a Hero Track item. The table below shows which item level you will get as an option and what upgrade track the item will be on.
