WoW Midnight Season 2 includes a lot of new content, including the new Raid, The Venomous Abyss, a new Mythic+ Dungeon rotation, a new Nemesis Delve boss and a lot of new gear for you to earn to make your character stronger. Along with all of the new gear, the Midnight Season 2 content will also reward a new set of upgrade crests, called Mistcrests.
Mistcrests are an integral part of upgrading your gear in WoW Midnight Season 2, and just like in previous seasons, you are capped on the amount of Mistcrests that you can earn per week.
We have included a breakdown of the amount of Mistcrests (item upgrade Crests) that the respective content and difficulty levels will drop in Midnight Season 2 so you can best choose the content you want to complete for Crests.
Mythic+ Mistcrests in WoW Midnight Season 2
After completing a Mythic+ dungeon in Midnight Season 2 you will gain Mistcrest, with the amount and type differing based on the Mythic Keystone Level you do.
The table below lists the amount of Mistcrests you will gain for completing the different levels of Mythic+ Keystone and what level of Crests you will receive; so you can quickly find what Keystone level you need to do to receive Hero or Myth Mistcrest.

Note: You can only receive a capped amount of each level of crest per week, and once you reach that cap, you will get the same amount, but of the crest level below what you would have received.
Raiding Mistcrests in WoW Midnight Season 2
Defeating Raid Bosses also rewards Mistcrests, with the type changing based on the difficulty of the raid and the amount changing based on how far into the raid the boss is, with the last boss of the The Venomous Abyss, Ula'tek, also dropping 10 additional crests of the quality above.

Note: These crests also count towards the weekly cap, and will reward the crest quality lower if you reach the cap for a particular crest type.
