K'aresh Trust Renown Guide

The K’aresh Trust is a new renown introduced in Patch 11.2 (Ghosts of K’aresh). It has a lot of rewards, including mounts, pets and even a permanent augment rune.

This guide will outline key information about the K’aresh Trust Renown, what each level rewards and the main sources for gaining more K’aresh Trust Reputation.

K’aresh Trust Reputation Sources

There are several ways to obtain K’aresh Trust Renown below. We have broken down all the ways to gain this reputation, they are in the order we think is the most efficient.

Campaign Quests

The K’aresh campaign rewards a large amount of reputation with the K’aresh Trust. Certain stages of this are required to unlock content on K’aresh. You can tell if a quest is part of the campaign by the larger exclamation icon. It is also in a separate section in the quest journal.

You will only gain reputation for completing the campaign for the first time, across your whole warband.

Side Quests

There are several side quests around K’aresh rewarding between 2000 and 350 reputation. The table below shows which quests start a chain that will reward reputation. You may need to have completed certain campaign steps in order to start these quest chains. Like campaign quests, this can only be completed once per warband for the reputation.

Lore Objects

Across K’aresh you will find Lore Objects that can be interacted with to learn a bit about K’aresh and the Ethereals. In addition, they will grant 250 reputation each. We have a full guide on the locations including a map in our K’aresh Lore Object Guide.

Similar to the quests these can only be collected once per warband.

Weekly Dungeon Quest

Biergoth in Dornogal will give you a random dungeon quest once per week, this weekly quest requires you to complete a The War Within dungeon. Upon completion you will be able to choose one reputation token for any of the War Within factions including The K’aresh Trust.

Weekly K’aresh Quests

There are 2 weekly K’aresh Quests that reward reputation with K’aresh Trust the first is Ecological Succession and the second is the Tazavesh Warrant Quest in order to access the warrant quest you will need to have reached renown 3 with the K’aresh Trust.

World Quests

World quests completed on K’aresh will reward reputation with the K’aresh Trust, the amount you gain will vary a little depending on which one it is.

Bountiful Delve

Completing a bountiful delve at any level has a chance to reward a K’aresh Trust token, rewarding 1100 reputation. If you run out of bountiful keys before receiving the reputation you can log a different character and use their keys to try for the reputation, however, this reputation can only be received once per warband.

Contract

By using a Contract: The K’aresh Trust will cause all world quest on Khaz Algar to grant an additional 5 to 15 reputation depending on the quality of the contract. A rank 1 grants 5 reputation and Rank 2 Grants 10 and a Rank 3 grants 15. These are crafted by the inscription profession and the recipe requires 5 renown with the K’aresh Trust.

Note: On PTR the tooltip showed 5 reputation at all ranks but correctly gave additional reputation for higher ranks.

Rares

There are a lot of rares across K’aresh and defeating them grants 5 reputation, this can only be done once per day across your warband.

K’aresh Trust Renown Rewards

The K’aresh Trust renown offers a large variety of rewards, including mounts, a pet and even the ability to purchase a permanent augment rune. The K’aresh Trust vendor is Om’sirik located in Tazavesh.
