In Midnight, hunters are able to tame the new Florafaun plant beasts, located in the Harandar zone. These include plant variants of Direhorns, Devilsaurs, Raptors and Carrion Birds.
To tame a plant beast, you will either need to be a Haranir (the new race in Midnight) or find the Trials of the Florafaun Hunter, which will teach all hunters on your account how to tame these special pets.

Where to Find the Trials of the Florafaun Hunter
The Trials of the Florafaun Hunter is looted from one of the five rare Florafaun beasts around Harandar. These rares are:
- Queen Lashtongue
- Oro'ohna
- Dracaena
- Ha'kalawe
- Pterrock

The drop rate on the Trials of the Florafaun Hunter is pretty high, so it should not take you long to farm one.
Florafaun Pets
Petalwings
Petalwings are a plant version of a carrion bird. There are 6 different Petalwing skins.
Devilsaptors
Devilsaptors are a plant version of a devilsaur. They are exotic and require the Beast Mastery specilization to tame. There are 6 different Devilsaptor skins.
Chloroceroses
Cholorceroses are a plant version of a Direhorn. If you are not a Zandalari troll hunter, you need to learn Direhorn taming before you can tame this beast. You learn this from the Ancient Tome of Dinomancy, which is a rare drop on the Isle of Giants in Pandaria. There are 5 different Cholorceroses skins.
Potatoads
Potatoads are a new creature originally introduced in The War Within, and have now become tamable in Midnight. There are 6 different Potatoads skins.
Mandragoras
Mandagoras are large plant hydras, which have been in the game for a fairly long time, only becoming tamable in Midnight. There are 7 different Mandragoras skins.
Saptors
Saptors are plant versions of raptors. There are 6 different tameable Saptor skins.
Thornmaws
Thornmaws are a plant version of the pangolins, which are a new type of beast in Midnight. There are 7 different Thornmaw skins.
Grovecrawlers
Grovecrawlers are large plant serpents. There are 6 different Grovecrawler skins.
