When trying to unlock the recipe for the Flask Of The Blood Knights, it's not very clear in-game how to unlock the ability to craft these Midnight Haste Flasks. You learn this recipe from Camberon’s Cauldron, which is to the side of the Alchemist’s Lab Bench in Silvermoon City, but it has a special requirement before you are able to unlock it, as well as needing some Reagents from Recycling, Alchemist's Moxie and a Nocturnal Lotus.
The unlock requirement shown for the Flask of the Blood Knight is to “Become more Versatile…”. Unfortunately, it doesn’t really tell you what this means, but we have the answer.
You “become more versatile” by crafting or purchasing a Flask of the Thalassian Resistance and drinking it. You can then interact with Camberon’s Cauldron again and the option to learn the Flask Of The Blood Knights will be available in exchange for 5 Stabilized Derivate, 1 Nocturnal Lotus and 50 Artisan Alchemist’s Moxie.
