As you earn reputation and complete achievements through Midnight you may have noticed that you keep earning some Finery Funds. These Finery Funds can be used to buy a variety of Transmog Ensembles from the Finery Funds Vendor, Andra in Silvermoon City. Each Ensemble will cost 1 Finery Funds with a total of 10 Ensembles available for purchase.
Ways To Earn Finery Funds.
You can earn Finery Funds through a variety of achievements and by earning renown level 10 with each of the main renown factions.

What Does Andra Sell
Andra, the Finery Funds vendor, sells a number of Sin'dorei civilian clothing ensembles in multiple colours. For an Idea of what these ensembles look like you can see many NPCs wandering around Silvermoon in the multiple different colours available.
