The Heroic World Tier is a new addition to the Zones added in Patch 12.0.7 of the Midnight WoW Expansion, Naigtal and Val. Activating the Heroic World Tier will introduce new affixes to the world, increasing the difficulty of the new zones by giving mobs new buffs and abilities and patrolling elites that stalk the zone.
In return for using the Heroic World Tier you will gain increased rewards from all of the content on Naigtal and Val, including a Myth track item for completing a Heroic World Tier specific quest for defeating the world bosses on Naigtal and Val.
Heroic World Tier Affixes in Midnight WoW
When you activate the Heroic World Tier Difficulty there will be a set of three different affixes that will be applied to the zone. As the Heroic World Tier is a step up in difficulty, the game recommends that you have an average item level of 274, compared to the recommended item level of 219 for Normal.

Heroic World Tier Affixes:
Creature Affixes
One of the new affixes inside of Heroic World Tier Difficulty is the Creature Affixes. The Creature Affixes will give all elite and rare mobs additional powers that you will need to overcome; some examples of these affixes are:
Defeating mobs with any extra affixes has a chance to drop a small power node. These power nodes will either give you more health or more haste and will last 5 minutes.
- On Naigtal you will gain the Fungal Growth buff increasing your size and health by 5%.
- On Val you will gain the Dark Matter Domination buff gaining 5% damage.
Elite Overseers
The Elite Overseers affix will add bonus elite mobs around the zone, this can make traveling around the zone more dangerous alongside the Elite Presence affix as you could be overrun by elites very quickly.
Defeating the new elite mobs added to the zone will reward you with some Field Accolades, giving you an extra incentive to pull some of the mobs along your journeys.
Elite Presence - Blackstar Legion (Val) / Warp Riders (Naigtal)
This Heroic World Tier Affix will change depending on what zone is active for the week, if Val is active you will have the Blackstar Legion affix and if Naigtal is active you will have the Warp Riders Affix.
This Affix adds in a roaming elite pack that will travel from one side of the map to the other. The elite pack will mainly stay on the main roads. You can avoid them by staying clear of them but beware if you defeat too many mobs they will target you and appear while you are in combat with other mobs around the zone.
Heroic World Tier Rewards in Midnight WoW
When you have the Heroic World Tier enabled, you will be able to gain better or larger rewards from all types of content on the new zones. One of the main rewards is a Myth Track Item Level item from a quest for defeating the world bosses multiple times on Heroic World Tier Difficulty.
Myth Track Item Quest from Heroic World Tier in WoW Patch 12.0.7
The best reward you can gain from the Heroic World Tier difficulty is a Myth track item. The item is a choice between either a cloak, belt or wrist. All of the choices are the same regardless of your class armor type.
To start this quest you will need to find Decimus in Naigtal or Val. Decimus can be found in the base camps for both zones.

Once you have picked up the quest, Knock of the top, you will need to defeat the world bosses on Naigtal and Val on Heroic World Tier Difficulty and collect 4 Void Commander’s Emblems.
Note: Currently it is unknown if these drop once a week, but looking at other systems from Midnight it is likely this quest will take 4 weeks to complete.
Hero Track World Boss Loot from Heroic World Tier Difficulty
On the Heroic World Tier difficulty of the new Patch 12.0.7 Midnight Zones, the world bosses on Naigtal and Val will now have a chance to drop Hero track gear when they are defeated. This gear is warbound so you will be able to send it between characters if it is not the correct armour type for your current character.
Field Accolades
The Heroic World Tier will give increased Field Accolades for all types of content you do inside of Naigtal and Val.
On Normal world tier, world quests and bonus objectives reward you with 10 Field Accolades, but on Heroic World Tier world quests will reward you with 30 Field Accolades and Bonus Objectives will reward you with 16 Field Accolades.
