The Omnium Folio is a new player power system that has been released during Patch 12.0.7 of the Midnight WoW Expansion, and has been confirmed to be active for the full duration of the Midnight Expansion.
Once you have unlocked the Omnium Folio you will be able to upgrade it each week by using Motes of Omnial Inquiry earned by completing a weekly quest. With each upgrade you will be able to unlock a new Tier and Rune Ability in the system.
Inside of the Omnium Folio system there are multiple choice nodes allowing you to select different Runes depending on what best suits your specialization and content that you will be doing. If you would like to learn more about all of the potential builds, you can check out our Best Omnium Folio Builds Guide or the Method Class Guides for recommendations for your specific WoW Character’s Specialization.
This guide outlines a full list of all of the Omnium Folio Runes and abilities for each Tier of the Omnium Folio Tree, including all of the abilities and player power options you have available at each row of the Tree and a short description of how they work.

Omnium Folio Tier 1 - Core Runes
The first tier inside of the Omnium Folio system has a choice node between 2 abilities, these are the Core Rune Abilities in the system and will be empowered by further tiers:
- Rune of Void-Touched Orbs - Every 10 seconds you will attract a Void-Touched orb, stacking up to 5. Dealing damage will send all Void-Touched orbs at the target dealing cosmic damage per orb. Your healing spells send all orbs to the most injured nearby ally, healing them per orb.
- Rune of Unleashed Fire - Your spells and abilities have a very high chance to unleash the power of flame, dealing fire damage to an enemy or restoring health to the most injured ally nearby.
Omnium Folio Tier 2 - Defensive Buffs
The second tier inside of the system has a choice node of 3 different abilities all giving you a slight defensive buff while in combat:
- Rune of Self-Mending - When your core rune deals damage or healing, you will be healed while below 75% health.

- Rune of Overload - The damage and healing of your Core Rune is increased by 100%.
- Rune of Residual Energy - The damage and healing of your Rune of Lingering is increased by 100%.
