Introduction
Hello and welcome to Method's Rime Guide. I am Cillo, I play Rime regularly at the highest ranks (top 0.01%) and I am here to share with you what I've learned thus far in our launch season of Fellowship. My goal is to help you understand the basics of Rime and also give you insight on how the Hero plays into endgame.
If you want to watch Rime gameplay at a high level I stream most days and I am always trying to push the next highest level! I try to answer Rime questions the best I can as well when I have time between runs.
Overview:
Rime is a ranged caster DPS who operates in burst windows with a builder/spender gameplay loop.
Strengths
- Well rounded damage profile.
- Scales well early, remains competitive end-game.
- Extremely resilient against long form heal-checks via Tundra Guard.
Weaknesses
- Susceptible to one-shots.
- DPS can lack between cooldowns.
- Does not excel in any particular damage profile.
