With the release of Patch 11.0.7, players are going to want to start Siren Isle and unlock Cyrce’s Circlet as fast as possible. With that in mind we have broken down how to start the quest line for both unlocking Siren Isle and Cyrce’s Circlet.
Where to start unlocking Siren Isle
To start the questline to unlock Siren Isle you will pick up The Expedition Awaits quest from Dawn, who is found inside the Foundation Hall in Dornogal (the building with the portals to Stormwind and Orgrimmar).

The Expedition Awaits will get you to meet Skaggit, who is located a little north east of Dornogal. Talking to Skaggit will send you to Siren Isle for the first time. It’s worth memorizing this location, as you can return here and talk to an NPC to travel to Siren Isle at any future point.

Unlocking Siren Isle Content and Cyrce’s Circlet
Once you arrive at Siren Isle, with Skaggit, he will give a short introduction quest line consisting of:
- Friendly competition
- To Scan a Crystal
- Facet-nating Signals
- The Second Signal
- Cave Barging Buried Secrets
- The Radiant Vault
When completing The Radiant Vault you receive Cyrce’s Circlet, and will instantly be sent on a short quest rewarding you with your first gem for Cyrce’s Circlet, the Windsinger’s Runed Citrine.
The follow up quest will teach you about socketing and unsocketing Cyrce’s Circlet and unlock the world quests and events for Siren Isle.
