Gaining access to World Quests and Emissaries in WoW Remix: Legion will be an important part in maximizing Bronze Gains. You can access a limited amount of World Quests at the start of Legion Remix.
Note: Emissaries in Legion Remix are a reward for completing 3 specific Factions World Quests. You can track which Emissaries are active in the bottom left hand corner of your world map.
Here we are going to go over everything you need to do to unlock World Quests in every zone.
Unlocking World Quests In Legion Remix
To unlock world quests in Legion Remix you need to visit Khadgar in Dalaran, he is located in The Violet Citadel. Khadgar will have the quest Uniting the Isle, this quest is auto completed and can simply be handed back to him. Completing this quest should unlock World Quests for your Legion Remix character.

Currently, unlocking World Quests in Legion Remix is not account-wide, you will need to do the Uniting the Isles quest on every Timerunning character you make.
You don’t need to be max level (80) to receive the Uniting the Isle quest, or to therefore start to unlock World Quest in Legion Remix. You can do this at any time after completing the Legion Remix Introduction on a Timerunner character.
World Quests Bugged in Legion Remix
Unfortunately, World Quests currently seem to be having a few issues.
Completing the Uniting the Isles quest with Khadgar should unlock most World Quests. However, there seems to be a few bugs where players are only seeing Suramar World Quests. There are reports that completing all the campaign and side quests in a zone will unlock World Quests for that zone.
Personally, from my own experience my original character (currently level 40) has access to all World Quests other than the first zone I started to level in on the day that Legion Remix was released (Aszuna). I have since created a new Timerunner character and that character, after talking to Khadgar, has access to all World Quests across all zones.
We are hoping that some of the bugs regarding World Quests in Legion Remix are resolved quickly, so the Bronze and Reputation rewards for completing them can be collected. We found ourselves asking how to unlock world quests when we loaded up Legion Remix, so we wanted to help others find out how to unlock them with this guide.
