Talents
Early on as Elarion we’ll be focusing on Highwind Arrow and transition slowly into a hybrid Heartseeker Barrage endgame setup. However, if you prefer to stay with Highwind Arrow there is a full talent build below. Both builds are relatively close at the highest level, try both out and play whichever you enjoy more!

Note: Repeating Stars and Focused Expanse are interchangeable until you acquire Master Astronomer's Sabatons; after acquiring Master Astronomer's Sabatons you should run Repeating Stars for the Starfall Volley cooldown reduction.
If defensive talents are needed I recommend dropping Repeating Stars to grab them, if you only need 1 defensive talent and have a point left over Skylit Grace is a fantastic option.

The Highwind Arrow build prefers to run Shimmering Silver Cape as opposed to Master Astronomer's Sabatons. The nice thing about the Highwind Arrow build is that it has a lot more flexibility in the talent points. Depending on what you need/prefer to play with Focused Expanse, Skylit Grace, and Lunar Fury can be swapped around. For example, some Elarions like to drop Focused Expanse and Lunar Fury for Resurgent Winds to lean further into Highwind Arrow, while others will drop Lunar Fury and potentially Skylit Grace as well for more defensive talents.
