Talents
In testing for Early Access Season 3, a few different builds for Sylvie have popped up. The main reasons for this are the rework of the Symbiosis talent, a nerf to the power of Fluttercall: Restore Life and the complete overhaul of gearing, that now allows for much greater build diversity.
General Ring Build
Early on, Nettle To The Petal is still the most value we can get out of our first two points and Natural Knowledge still has great value for a 1 pointer. With good play, it generally completely solves any mana issues in the early game.
As soon as you can, you want to be taking Symbiosis. After the rework, this Talent is insanely strong and allows for a very passive playstyle where Fluttercall: Restore Life hardly needs to be pressed. Notice the focus on the Life Petal synergies. Life Petal will be your main source of reactive healing with this build early on and in the late game.
For many of the general builds, Sprouting Nettles is just used as a filler point and can be swapped for Rowdy Rootsap or Nurtured Haven. Similarly, Saving Grace can be replaced with Nettle To The Petal in the later builds if that is your preference.
In the final 14 point build, our 2 points in Synchronized Fluttering could instead be put into any combination of Sprouting Nettles, Nurtured Haven, In Bloom or Rowdy Rootsap. I personally dislike the playstyle of Synchronized Fluttering, so I am expecting this is a swap I will make quite often depending on the context. Keep in mind Rowdy Rootsap was significantly buffed from season 2 to season 3, but still does not stack with other sources of attack speed slow, such as Meiko's Spirited Vortex talent or the Darkfrost weapon ability.
For the last caveat of this section, if you get to a point where you do not feel you need the mana from Natural Knowledge feel free to drop it for another 1 point talent from the list above.

The Chair (Ring or Cloak)
This is the most commonly played endgame 14 point talent build at the high end. It can be played with either The Mad Gardener's Shawl or Loop Of Unyielding Bloom.
As usual, if you are struggling with mana, drop Nurtured Haven for Natural Knowledge.
If playing with a tank that is using the Darkfrost weapon and a build that allows for high uptime of the Darkfrost debuff (Brave Machinations + Inspired Allegiance stacking), you can opt to drop Rowdy Rootsap and pick up In Bloom.

Season 3 talent and gear reworks have introduced a great deal of build diversity. The above are my recommendations but feel free to experiment with talents especially. Unlike gear, swapping talents has no cost associated.
