Talents
As Sylvie, there are a handful of Talents that have different synergies and ways to increase your healing output, mitigate damage and even increase your damage done.
As you unlock points throughout your journey, different nodes require different levels of investment, which means our options can be quite free flowing, but I’ve outlined what I believe to be the best general set-up you can have at every stage, as well as an alternative option focused primarily on large group healing.

Nettle To The Petal is going to provide the most value early on as your Life Petal will carry your healing on the tank and any reactive healing that you may need. Natural Knowledge provides a significant amount of mana recovery as Nettlebolt is going to be your most pressed spell by far. With the recent changes to Life Petal, Nettle To The Petal is an even higher value talent.
When you have a floating talent point, Sprouting Nettles gives a bit more damage and greater value to both Nettle To The Petal and Natural Knowledge
Moving up, Verdant Restoration increases the potency of your Fluttercall: Restore Life allowing for a stronger Heart Bloom and snappier reactive healing. Bluey's Gambit is great as a bit of damage reduction for yourself or your tank.
Finally, Flower Power is the build defining talent here. It grants two Heart Bloom charges and allows haste to reduce the cooldown further. This allows much more liberal usage of Heart Bloom and in some scenarios, using two Heart Bloom is succession.
Talents like Magic Ward, Spirited Fortitude and Elusive Wildling increase your survivability greatly and are recommend for that reason.
It is worth noting, Sprouting Nettles could easily be swapped for Nurtured Haven or Trailing Restoration. I would only recommend Trailing Restoration when also utilizing the Legendary Cloak Mossy Veil Of The Woodlands. Nurtured Haven might be a good option to swap to when doing content with frequent group heal checks.
Flutterswift Build
This is a very strong alternative talent build revolving around the synergy between Synchronized Fluttering and Flutterswift to do large AoE healing over time.
The Flutterswift build doesn’t change too much from the general build initially for scaling reasons and talent point allocation problems, but once you have access to Synchronized Fluttering and Flutterswift you’re good to go. You can change talents around and give yourself access to it earlier, but I believe it’s weaker initially compared to what’s recommended.
This build does very well to deal with difficult attrition bosses or just massive amounts of damage over time on the whole group.

Nettle To The Petal is solid early on and will help you get through a lot of the early game but it falls off hard and loses favour around the time you gain access to Flower Power or Flutterswift (depending on build).
Restore Life + Safe Haven Build
This is a 13 point build recommended by Amaxagon specifically for content past the Eternal +50 level. The strength of this build is that it allows another method of increasing the EHP of your dps and yourself through Natural Protector.
This build is generally lower throughput than playing Nettle To The Petal and is also less mana efficient. Without Nettle To The Petal, you don't have the option of spamming Nettlebolt (and therefore gaining mana from Natural Knowledge) as a way to heal. This build should only be played in the specific scenarios where the extra EHP is absolutely necessary or if you do not feel comfortable reliably having a ramped heartbloom for damage instances.

When taking Natural Protector, Nurtured Haven is a good one point option that reduces the cooldown of your Safe Haven.
Please note that Magic Ward, Spirited Fortitude and Elusive Wildling are generally interchangeable.
In the recent patch, Natural Protector was significantly buffed. This build is now viable in more situations than before. Try to consider if the EHP from the shield is more important than the throughput from Nettle To The Petal when deciding between the two.
If you are playing this talent build and using Mossy Veil Of The Woodlands, you may prefer to drop Natural Knowledge for trailing Restoration. In this case, I would recommend also equipping Chalice Of Al’zerac’s Essence to offset the loss of mana gain.
