Talents
As Mara, your goal is to build and spend as much combo points and energy as possible to deal large amounts of damage. Mara is weaker early on while you are still gaining access to your Talents, but scales very well later in the game. I believe these to be the best Mara builds based off of extensive testing and high level gameplay.
Bleed Build (Simpler)
Simple and effective Mara build focused around Hemorrhaging Strike.

Deadly Scheme and Red Ledger are interchangeable depending on preference in the 11 & 12 point builds.
Malevolance Build (More Complex)
The Malevolence build is much more complex rotationally than the bleed bleed build, but it comes with the added benefit of a much better damage profile. The rotation can be a little hard to get the hang of at first and it does require a little more brain power to execute well, but the burst and funnel it provides makes it worthwhile.
