Talents
In this section I'll run through the Talent builds I recommend for Ardeos in Early Access Season 3 and break down the key Talents for each.
Fire Ball Build
As Ardeos, you’re heavily DoT based and Cinder generation can be slow early on, so we need to buff up our abilities through Talents to let us keep up while we scale. With this in mind I think we’ll be playing a Fire Ball based build during leagues and early gearing then potentially transition to a different build once we get our first Legendary.
The new version of the Apocalypse Legendary (Ring Of Boomtastic Explosions) is very powerful and synergises well with our new talent Apocalyptic Surge. Once we get this we can swap Backdraft out as we no longer need Searing Blaze extension. Here I'd opt for either Cascading Inferno or Burning Initiative.

Great Balls Of Fire is going to do a lot of the heavy lifting as we progress through the leagues. Alongside this we want to pick up Reign Of Fire for the massive increase to our output and Undying Flame for a significant boost to generation and single target damage.
When we have more points we can look into getting the Apocalyptic Surge for additional QOL and damage in our Wildfire windows. Then Slow Burn to help maintain Engulfing Flames on single target.
Once we have all our talent points available we're going to pick up Rolling Flames to give us extra funnel and single target.
Engulfing Flames Build
Engulfing Flames is incredibly powerful but focuses entirely on single target and priority damage. Therefore we'll be looking at Engulf as one of our late game builds where we have more Talent options to support it. This build can be used early if you want to prioritise boss damage but is best to change to when we acquire the corresponding Legendary (Draconic Bracers Of The Devouring Flame) and have enough Talent points to support some AOE output too.

For Engulfing Flames we will still start focusing on Fire Ball then transition over to a more Engulfing Flames style build as we get more talent points. Without the Fireball talents our overall will be very low otherwise.
As we get more talent points we'll pick up Pyrophibian Frenzy too as we'll have A LOT of damage over time effects.
Finally we'll add a couple of the Infernal Wave talents to really emphasise the priority and single target output of the build.
Fire Frogs Build
Fire Frogs have had a few changes for Early Access Season 3. Primarily, Pyrophibian Frenzy can now trigger on all damage over time damage instances and not just crits. This means the build will not be entirely reliant on high crit chance and can be transitioned to significantly earlier. A notable change for EAS3 is also that only the damage over time effects from Ardeos himself can trigger Pyrophibian Frenzy. So Frozen Staff Of An'zhyr and Kindling will no longer work with the talent.
This build has the potential to do absolutely massive damage, especially in AoE towards the late game when we have the Exquisite Flaming Toad Cloak Legendary and a good amount of Crit and Haste. The build will also be fairly comfy to play where a lot of the damage done is passive.

Our Fire Frogs build starts off with Fire Ball similar to the others and will transition to Fire Frogs once we have enough Talent points to support it.
This build is also going to take Rolling Flames so we can get as many damage over time effects out as possible and trigger Pyrophibian Frenzy as many times as possible.
