Enchanting In WoW Forever: 1-300 Leveling Guide & Trainers

Enchanting is a primary profession in WoW Forever that lets you permanently improve gear and turn unwanted equipment into useful materials.

WoW Forever adds a few new reasons to take Enchanting as a profession including Wands, Campsite improvements and a bunch of new recipes.

This guide covers the full 1-300 route, including the rods you need along the way, the trainers, and the recipes to craft at each skill range.

Leveling Enchanting: Training & Ranks

Before we jump in to the Leveling Guide, first of all it's important to be aware of the requirements associated with Leveling Enchanting. The only hard requirement is your Character Level.

You won't be able to access the higher 'ranks' of Enchanting unless you have reached at least the minimum required Character Level and Skill.

Enchanting Leveling Macro

This macro will allow you to spam one button to cast the same Enchant multiple times, without having to confirm you'd like to overwrite the item's enchant or press the craft button.

Place these two lines into a macro - make sure there are no spaces before or after each line after pasting!

To use, simply:

1. Place the macro on your bars
2. Keybind the macro to a button you can press repeatedly
3. Select the enchant you want to use in the Enchanting menu
4. Place the item you want to enchant in the "Optional Target" slot
5. Press the keybind each time you want to enchant!

Enchanting Materials Shopping List

The following shopping list breaks down the materials needed to progress through each 'tier' of enchanting from 1-300.

Not An Exact Science: You may have a few leftover resources from this shopping list, or be missing a few. These are the average amount of resources taken, but if you get lucky/unlucky on yellow crafts, your mileage may vary.

Apprentice (1-75)

• 1x Copper Rod
• 19x Mote Of Magic
• ~57x Strange Dust

Journeyman (75-130)

• ~88x Strange Dust
• 1x Silver Rod
• 4x Lesser Magic Essence
• 1x Shadowgem
• 25x Lesser Astral Essence

Expert (130-200)

Enchanting Leveling Guide: WoW Forever (1-300)

In this section of the guide we break down the full leveling journey for Enchanting from 1-300.

Leveling Enchanting: 1-75

Leveling Enchanting: 75-130

Train Journeyman Enchanting to increase your skill cap to 150. This only requires a Character Level of 10.

Leveling Enchanting: 130-200

Train Expert Enchanting to allow you to level up to 225. Requires Level 20.

Leveling Enchanting: 200-300

Note: Some information may be inaccurate as we were unable to test Artisan Enchanting in the Beta. This will be updated as more information becomes available.

Before you progress further, train Artisan Enchanting from Annora in Uldaman! Requires level 35.

Enchanting Trainers In WoW Forever

Enchanting can be taught by a variety of trainers in the game, ranging from regular trainers to Artisans. The below table displays the first trainers you encounter in each starting zone in the game, so you can easily pick up Enchanting on a new character.
