Introduction
Hey everyone, and welcome to Method's Ragefire Chasm Dungeon guide for World of Warcraft: Forever. This is intended to be a Horde-only dungeon.
In this guide, we’ll be going over all the trash, bosses, loot, and quests for this dungeon. Ragefire Chasm is located in Orgrimmar with 4 bosses and includes Elementals, Troggs, and members of the Burning Blade.
Ragefire Chasm LOCATION
Ragefire Chasm is located in the Cleft of Shadow in the Orc Capital City of Orgrimmar, overtaken by the Burning Blade. This dungeon is designed to be a Horde-only dungeon, as there are no quests for the Alliance and no available teleporters for easy transport.

Hidden Enemies is a 5-part quest chain that starts from Thrall in Orgrimmar. Once you complete it, you'll get the chain quest that will eventually grant you the dungeon quest.

Ragefire Chasm is a fairly short one-map dungeon which looks is as follows:
Ragefire Chasm IMPORTANT TRASH
There are a few noteworthy trash mobs we want to go over in this Dungeon, particularly caster mobs, as their abilities hit hard. You’ll typically want to pull them out of line of sight to avoid pulling more mobs by accident.
Ragefire Troggs
- The Troggs in Ragefire Chasm include Ragefire Troggs and Ragefire Shaman.
- Shaman will cast Lightning Bolt; try to line-of-sight (LoS) them to bring them closer.
- Shaman will also try to heal with Healing Wave; interrupt or stun them.
Searing Blade Cultist
- Applies Curse of Agony to the primary threat target, dealing Shadow damage over time.
Searing Blade Enforcer
- Be careful pulling too many, as their Shield Slam stuns the primary threat target for 2 seconds, and multiple of them can cause a chain-stun.
Searing Blade Warlock
- Will spam Shield Slam at their primary threat target. Be out of their line of sight to bring them closer.
- Accompanied by a Voidwalker Minion.
Ragefire Chasm BOSSES
There are 4 bosses in the Ragefire Chasm: Oggleflint, Taragaman the Hungerer, Jergosh the Invoker, and Bazzalan.
Oggleflint
Oggleflint is the first boss of Ragefire Chasm and the chieftain of the Ragefire Troggs. He is accompanied by several other troggs around him.
Before pulling, try to pull a few of the troggs, as you may get overwhelmed easily. His only ability is a cleave, so your tank should face him away from the rest of the group.
Taragaman the Hungerer
Taragaman is the second boss of the dungeon. This demon has two abilities: Fire Nova and Uppercut.
Fire Nova deals instant AoE fire damage to everyone within melee range, and Uppercut hits the tank, knocking them slightly back and up in the air. Tank this boss in the middle of his platform to avoid being knocked into the lava. Pull any patrolling mobs before the boss.
Jergosh the Invoker
Jergosh is the third boss of Ragefire Chasm. As a Warlock, he’ll curse you with Curse of Weakness and use his primary spell: Immolate.
Jergosh is accompanied by two other adds, but we recommend taking him out first before the adds, as he is the most powerful of the three.
Bazzalan
Bazzalan is the final boss of the dungeon and is accompanied by two adds. He’ll Poison his primary threat target and hit them with instant physical damage with Sinister Strike.
Take him out fast, and then his adds.
