Introduction
Hey everyone, and welcome to Method's guide for the Gnomeregan Dungeon (aka Gnomer) in World of Warcraft: Forever. In this guide we’ll be going over all trash, bosses, loot, and quests for this dungeon.
Gnomeregan Location
Gnomereganb is located in the far western portion of Dun Morogh. This dungeon is the wreckage of the Gnome capital city, infested my troggs, Leper gnomes, and ruled by the traitorous Mekgineer Thermaplugg.

Alliance will have no trouble getting here, as Dun Morogh is the Dwarven starting area, and all races have easy transportation to get to the capital city of Ironforge from Stormwind City with the Deeprun Tram.
Horde will actually not have a hard time getting here either, as the main Horde quest for this dungeon, Chief Engineer Scooty, provides the faction with a teleport to the dungeon entrance from Booty Bay.
There are two entrances to Gnomeregan. The main entrance is to the left once you go down the elevator and find the troggs. If you go straight, you'll find the back entrance, but it requires the Workshop Key from the boss Electrocutioner 6000.
Gnomeregan Dungeon Quests
There are quests for both Alliance and Horde for Gnomeregan in WoW Forever. There are also some neutral quests that both factions can pick up from within the Dungeon.
Alliance Note: Alliance players should know that Gnogaine is a 2 part quest, the first part is outside the dungeon, and requires you to go BACK to the quest giver before getting part 2, which is INSIDE the dungeon. Coordinate with your group if you are all on this quest.

Gnomeregan Dungeon Map
Gnomeregan is a very large dungeon with multiple wings, below is a map in order of your progression throughout the dungeon.

Gnomeregan Important Trash
Gnomeregan has a handful of mob types, from humanoid, elemental, to mechanical, note that some effects like bleeds will not work on mechanical mobs.
There are a handful of poisons and diseases, so bring a class that can remove those if you can.
Gnomeregan Troggs
There are a few trogg mobs that each have a unique feature that players will want to be aware of:
- Caverndeep Burrowers will reduce armor with Sunder Armor.
- Irradiated Pillagers will Radiation Bolt applying damage and a poison effect to targets.
- Caverndeep Ambushers are non-elite mobs that patrol through the area and Backstabbing unsuspecting players for powerful physical damage.

Irradiated Horror and Corrosive Lurker
These two mobs patrol the grounds of the Hall of Gears.
- Irradiated Horror Chain Burn mana and health from players, focus these down first.
- Corrosive Lurkers apply Corrosive Ooze to their target, a significant damage reduction to the player.

Dark Iron Agent
- Deal VERY powerful damage with their auto attacks.
- Will place Dark Iron Land Mines on the floor that either need to be killed ASAP or moved away from.

Arcane Nullifier X-21
- Cast Reflection Field on themselves and any nearby ally, reflecting all magic damage back to the player.

Mobile Alert System
Patrolling mobs that will alert all nearby citizens of Gnomeregan of intruders. If these are not killed ASAP, they will summon mobs to attack the party.

Gnomeregan Bosses
Gnomeregan has primarily mechanical type bosses outside of the first two. Players should be ready for some harder hitting bosses and mechanics throughout this Dungeon.
Grubbis
Grubbis is the first boss of Gnomeregan but before getting to him, you must assist Blastmaster Emi Shortfuse in sealing off two trogg caves, fighting off waves of troggs before Grubbis comes out.
Once Grubbis is summoned, he'll be accompanied by Chomper, a crocolisk mob. Both these mobs just deal harsh auto attacks, so use stuns and focus them down. Don't cleave here, but focus a target one by one instead.

Viscous Fallout
Viscous Fallout is the second boss of Gnomeregan, in the Hall of Gears. Be careful as this mob patrols through the area, so you may accidentally pull it with other mobs.
The boss deals powerful nature auto attacks that cannot be blocked or mitigated by armor, so use stuns and debuffs such as Demoralizing Shout / Demoralizing Roar from a Warrior or Feral Druid to reduce their damage.

Electrocutioner 6000
This is the third boss of Gnomeregan, and holder of the Workshop Key.
This boss has three abilities: Chain Bolt, Megavolt, and Shock.
- Chain Bolt deals lightning damage to the target and nearby players.
- Megavolt deals frontal nature damage, so have the tank face the boss away from the rest of the party.
- Shock deals instant powerful damage to the tank.
Face the boss away, use stuns on the boss, and spread out to avoid AoE damage.

Crowd Pummeler 9-60
Crowd Pummeler 9-60 is the 4th boss, and it patrols the upper level of the Engineering Labs.
This boss has three mechanics: Arcing Smash, Crowd Pummel, and Trample.
- Arcing Smash deals frontal damage to everyone, so have the tank face the boss away from the party.
- Crowd Pummel knocks everyone nearby the boss back, so make sure you're in an area where you wont get knocked off the ledge.
- Trample deals damage to everyone near the boss.
The tank should pull the boss to a wall, and preferably in the hallways where players cannot get knocked to the edge. Ranged players should angle themselves to the left and right of the boss to avoid getting knocked.

Dark Iron Ambassador (Rare Spawn)
Dark Iron Ambassador is a rare spawn that only has two real abilties: Fireball and Summon Burning Servant. He'll cast fireballs at the primary threat target, and will try to summon his servant to the encounter.
He's accompanied by other patrolling Dark irons, and also patrols his area, so be careful pulling him with other trash, or this can be deadly.
He also has Fire Shield II on him, dealing damage back to those who physically attack him.
If he is in your dungeon ID, only engage when it's safe and no other mobs are around, and take him down fast.

Mekgineer Thermaplugg
Mekgineer Thermaplugg is the final boss and the traitorous ruler of Gnomeregan. However, you do not fight him alone, but rather him and his mechano-suit.
Thermaplugg does not play fair, and will spawn Walking Bombs throughout the encounter, dropping from the pillars located around the room. Players can push the buttons on these pillars to stop the bombs from going out. Along with that, Thermaplugg will Knock Away nearby players which significantly reduces their threat.
For this fight, you can assign a ranged player, ideally a mage or a hunter, to kill the bombs but also turn off the pillars activating them.
When the Knock Away happens, more than likely the tank will lose threat, so they should be ready to taunt back. Paladins should be ready to cast Blessing Of Protection on whoever gets threat after the knockback, especially if its a cloth wearer or healer.
Take down the bombs and take down Thermaplugg to complete your journey in Gnomeregan!
