Cerulean Hawkstrider & Cobalt Dragonhawk Mount Guide

The Cerulean Hawkstrider & Cobalt Dragonhawk are new HD revamped mounts of the Hawkstrider and Dragonhawks in the Midnight Expansion. These mounts can both drop from any of the rares inside of Eversong Woods.

Cobalt Dragonhawk

A rare breed of Dragonhawk that soars the Thalassian skies on azure wings after having escaped from the Sunwing Rookery.

Cerulean Hawkstrider

A brilliant-plumed hawkstrider that escaped from the Silvermoon stables, who knows where in Eversong it may be hiding?

Inside of Eversong Woods there are 15 rares that you can defeat for a chance of the mounts:

Overfester Hydra
Bloated Snapdragon
Cre’van
Coralfang
Lady Liminus
Terrinor
Bad Zed
Waverly
Banuran
Lost Guardian
Duskburn
Malfunctioning Construst
Dame Bloodshed

Some of these rares can be difficult to defeat at the start of the expansion so make sure to use the LFG system to make groups that can help others trying to defeat the rares.

While you are farming these mounts you will also get the chance to get the achievement A Bloody Song by defeating all of the rares inside of Eversong Woods.

The rares in Eversong woods can be defeated for a chance at the mounts and can be defeated on different characters giving you extra chances each day if you have multiple characters.
