Introduction

Welcome to our Mythic Plexus Sentinel Boss Guide, for the Manaforge Omega Raid. Learn about the Mythic specific fight mechanics and the strategy we recommend to defeat this boss on Mythic difficulty!

This guide focuses on a Mythic strategy, and won’t explain the basics of the fight, so make sure you read through the Heroic version of the guide for this boss if you are unfamiliar with the encounter.

Fight Style: Single Target Fight

Recommended Setup: 2x Tank / 4x Healer / 14x DPS

Required utilities: None

Hero/Lust usage: On Pull

Easy Mode

Phase 1:

Intermission:

  • Navigate through slow puddles and beam maze
  • Dodge spinning beams
  • Use action button to blink through laser wall
  • Kill Volatile Manifestations fast

This mechanic now punishes failure even harder:

  • Each missile must hit at least 5 players or the entire raid takes heavy Arcane damage
  • No more “we’ll just wing it” strats, organize your soak groups properly
  • Still two missiles back-to-back, still knocks, still same bait-and-swap tactic
  • Anyone with anti-knock or teleport can still double soak, which is a lifesaver

Cleanse the Chamber

It’s not just for the intermission anymore:

  • The laser wall is now also cast in Phase 1.
  • Just like in intermission, you’ll need to use your extra action button to blink through.
  • If you don’t blink in time, you’re just gone. No damage, just deleted.
  • Stay aware, it can catch you off guard mid-fight if you're not paying attention.

Volatile Manifestation

Spicy new add in the intermission:

  • Spawns during the maze phase
  • Kill it ASAP before too many casts of Energy Overload go off
  • Split groups within the maze to kill all Manifestations faster

Strategy

Not much changes on Mythic… but the few things that do will absolutely flatten your raid if ignored. The fight still revolves around solid soaks, basic positioning, and a flashy intermission.

Phase 1 Adjustments

You’re doing the same fight, but now people actually really need to show up for mechanics.

Eradicating Salvo

Still the 2-missile combo and it still knocks, so it still needs to be split-soaked.

The difference? Now each missile MUST hit at least 5 players or the entire raid takes heavy damage.

You’ll need clearly assigned soak teams:

  • Group A soaks missile 1.
  • Group B instantly replaces them for missile 2.

Players with anti-knock tech (Death Grip, Gateway return, Blinks, Demonic Circle, etc.) can double soak, use this to reduce stress on assignments.

Cleanse the Chamber (Laser Wall)

The Cleanse The Chamber arcane laser wall now shows up in Phase 1, not just intermission.

It looks the same, moves the same, and it still one-shots anyone who doesn’t use the extra action button to blink through it.

Make sure everyone is aware that this can happen during the main phase. It’s free deaths otherwise.

Intermission Adjustments

Mechanically, it’s the same, just more stuff to dodge and several high priority targets.

Volatile Manifestation

During the maze, several add spawns and starts casting Energy Overload, each cast deals massive damage and increased damage taken by this ability by 100%.

While navigating the maze, make sure that you split up into groups, because those adds spawn at random spots in the maze. Generally melees should rush ahead while range should take care of the adds on the side.
