Remedy games have a habit of being very weird, very dark, and very confusing. But they also have a little bit of room set aside for silliness, and that's exactly what the early quest 'The Party Won't Stop' showcases in Control Resonant.
Dylan will happen upon a party that is still raging on despite the patterning of Manhattan. Primarily because of a rogue altered item. Meaning you'll need to crash the party and break things up before more civilians die.
Where Is The Party?
This quest is found in the West Insurrection Zone. South of the Parking Garage near the Testing Facility on Broadway, shown on the map above. It's a little easier to get up to the rooftops where you find the entrance if you have already visited the Fault to get the Gravity Anomaly ability.
Once here, head downstairs, and you'll find a group of people dancing and a karaoke machine pumping out tunes. As it turns out, the only way to free these people from this trance is to finish the song.
So, get on the mic, and sing your little heart out.
Don't Forget The Lyrics - FBC Edition
The stakes for this karaoke cameo are that if you get the lyrics wrong, someone on the dance floor dies. Which means you need to act fast when it's time to sing, and pick the right response each time.

Even if you miss an input or select incorrectly and someone dies, the quest can be completed, and you will still receive the rewards listed below. But this means you only get one chance to save everyone.
Quest Rewards
For completing this quest, you get one of the earliest and coolest outfits you can get. The Varsity Jacket. As well as a new Artifact, the Untapped Bar Blade, which allows you to regenerate health as long as you have a summon nearby. Making it a perfect artifact for those who like to play using the Volatile Anomaly combat ability.
